As a Financial Consulting Manager for the Healthcare Capital Projects Group, you will assist our clients with projecting financial feasibility for expansions, renovations and new construction. Clients will include Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and other Senior Living facilities. Additional key objectives include developing staff and providing growth opportunities for them while ensuring a proper client mix. You will assist with identifying and executing on business development opportunities within the Capital Project Group and evaluate staff and client needs to optimize use of staff skills.

Position will require up to 70% travel, with 35% expected to be overnight.Qualifications:10+ years of healthcare experience in public accounting, consulting or healthcare administrationProven ability to mentor, train and develop staffDemonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and project workDemonstrated business development/sales experienceGood communication skillsStrong technology and spreadsheet skillsBachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent preferredContinuing care experience requiredCPA requiredWe thank all who express interest in this opportunity; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
